Vacancy: BNAP Foundation Project Assistant

BNAP Foundation is looking for a project assistant to join their team. As project assistant on a high performing team, you will provide administrative, operational and marketing support to BNAP Foundations operational team. You will be tasked with building operational systems, implementing administrative processes and managing end to end business operations, overseeing all core social media and marketing activities. You have impeccable follow through and have exceptional communication skills, specifically verbal and written etiquette.

In this role we are looking for an assistant that will:

  • Maintain and manage team drives, calendars, contacts, social media networks and website.
  • Strong technological aptitude.
  • Social media management.
  • Email marketing.
  • Work Closely and effectively with the team lead to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follow up if necessary.
  • Assist in curatorial administration and installation.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in fast paced environment.
  • Expectation of confidentiality on all businesses.
  • Learning based on feedback and driven personality.
  • Have access to WIFI for mobile working.

You are required to:

  • Have a minimum qualification of Matric certification.
  • 1 year+ administrative / marketing support experience.

Start date of vacancy is the 1 st of May 2024.
